Senior web developer

We are seeking senior developers with excelent analytical and programming skills, with a good understanding of common algorithms and data structures and with ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Required expert proficiency:

  • BS degree
  • Good OO programming skills and experience
  • Working knowledge of XHTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • Experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL/MySQL)
  • Good communication skills and teamwork

Optional skills/experience:

  • Development experience with Unix/Linux based software tools
  • Python/Ruby programming experience a plus
  • Design Patterns (MVC)
  • Very good knowledge of English language

Web developer

We are looking for experts in developing high performance, standards-compliant web pages using XHTML/CSS/JavaScript.

This position requires demonstrated experience of modern web-development techniques. A portfolio demonstrating a history of complex web development projects is required.

Required expert proficiency:

  • Knowledge of user interface design principles, web design best practices and web standards
  • Expert skills in hand-coding standards-compliant DHTML/XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Good communication skills and teamwork

Optional skills/experience:

  • Advanced JavaScript skills and ability to create interactivity using XMLHttpRequest
  • Python/Ruby programming experience a plus
  • Linux/Apache
  • SQL
